1. About SnoozStudios

SnoozStudios provides game-server plugins, downloadable software, licence validation and developer licensing services. These Terms apply whenever you create an account, purchase or download a product, use a licence key, or use a SnoozStudios dashboard or API.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Email verification, a billing profile and two-factor authentication may be required before purchases or downloads. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by SnoozStudios failing to use reasonable security.

Do not share passwords, two-factor recovery codes, API credentials or licence keys with unauthorised people. SnoozStudios may suspend access where there is credible evidence of fraud, abuse, account compromise or a material breach of these Terms.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in GBP, USD or EUR as selected on the website. The price, billing period and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring are shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; SnoozStudios does not store raw card numbers or card security codes.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

7-day and 30-day recurring products automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel through Billing. A normal cancellation stops the next renewal while access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, SnoozStudios may place the relevant entitlement and licence on hold for seven days. If payment is recovered during that period, access can be restored. If it is not recovered, the entitlement may expire and the licence may stop validating. Billing history is retained.

5. Digital products and immediate supply

Paid plugins are digital content. Where checkout offers immediate access, SnoozStudios asks you to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this can have on statutory cancellation rights. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Plugin licences, ownership and resale

Paid plugins are licensed, not sold outright. Your use is also governed by the Plugin EULA. The product page and your account show the licence duration, activation allowance and update/support entitlement that apply.

Paid plugin licences are account-bound and non-transferable. You may not resell, transfer, sublicense, share, give away, publish or redistribute a paid plugin, its download, its licence key, or access to the purchasing account. Selling an account or licence in order to transfer a SnoozStudios product is also prohibited.

SnoozStudios may suspend or revoke a licence where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised resale, redistribution, key sharing or deliberate evasion of activation controls, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Developer licensing

Basic, Advanced and Premium licensing plans are governed by the Developer Licensing Terms. Plan limits can apply to active developer products, active licences and activations per licence.

8. Refunds and cancellations

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Commercial refund windows do not restrict statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content or services.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use SnoozStudios to distribute malware, attack or overload systems, evade licence controls, compromise accounts, infringe intellectual-property rights, facilitate unlawful activity, or interfere with other customers. Automated access must use published APIs and reasonable request rates.

10. Updates and availability

Software and services may be updated, replaced or retired for security, compatibility or operational reasons. SnoozStudios does not promise uninterrupted availability, but will use reasonable care in operating paid services. Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer remedy. Subject to that, SnoozStudios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Business customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and testing plugins before production deployment.

12. Changes to these Terms

SnoozStudios may update these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where reasonably required. The version shown on this page identifies the terms currently published.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or court rights that apply under the law of the country where you normally live.
