Refund Policy

Paid plugins

No voluntary refunds after purchase, download or activation. Because plugins are supplied as digital content and protected by licence keys, SnoozStudios does not normally offer change-of-mind refunds once access has been supplied.

This rule does not remove statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or you otherwise have a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, contact support.

Developer Licensing — 7-day plan

No voluntary refund. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time. The plan normally remains available through the period already paid for.

Developer Licensing — 30-day plan

SnoozStudios offers a contractual refund-request window of 5 days from the initial purchase. Requests made after that window are normally declined unless required by law.

Developer Licensing — Lifetime plan

SnoozStudios offers a contractual refund-request window of 7 days from the initial purchase. Requests made after that window are normally declined unless required by law.

Renewals

Successfully processed renewals are normally non-refundable as a matter of SnoozStudios policy. You can cancel future renewal from Billing. Any statutory cancellation or refund right that applies to a renewal remains unaffected.

Failed payments

A failed recurring payment can place the entitlement on hold for seven days. Paying during the hold can restore access. If the hold ends unpaid, the entitlement can expire. This process is not itself a refund.

Refund consequences

If a paid plugin or licence purchase is refunded, SnoozStudios may revoke the related entitlement, licence key, downloads and API validation. The order remains visible in billing history as refunded.

How to request a refund

Contact support@snoozstudios.com or open a support ticket. Include the account email and order number. Do not send card details.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract.
